This policy explains what personal data we process on www.fullpartituras.com, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have.
The controller of your personal data is VIP MARKETING AGENCY LLC, the company that owns Full Partituras, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any question about your data, write to fullpartiturasmusicales@gmail.com or use our contact form.

You can browse the site without giving us your name or email address. To download files and take part in the community, you need a free account.
We send you the emails your account needs: activation, password recovery, payment and subscription notices, and community notifications such as comments, mentions, messages or new followers.
We also send you news about the site, such as new sheet music. If you choose a country in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland when you create your account, we only send it to you if you agree by ticking the box on the sign-up form. If you sign up with Google or Facebook, or without choosing a country, and your browser is set to one of those countries, we do not send it either unless you subscribe. In all other cases, we send it from the start. Each of these emails includes a link to unsubscribe.
Emails are sent through Plunk, which uses Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). Some contain a tracking pixel and tracked links so we can tell whether they are opened and which links are clicked.
We show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads, limit how often you see each one and measure their results, and they may base them on your visits to this and other websites.
You can turn off personalized ads in Google’s ad settings. To opt out of cookies from other ad vendors, visit www.aboutads.info.
If you visit us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google may show you a message so you can accept or refuse the use of your data for advertising. If you do not accept, you will only see non-personalized or limited ads.
We use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit us, which pages they view and from which country and device. It uses cookies and receives your IP address to work out your country, but Google Analytics 4 does not store it.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Some forms, such as the sign-up and contact forms, use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam and bots. reCAPTCHA analyzes data from your device and browser and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We use the following first-party cookies, which the site needs in order to work:
CAKEPHP: keeps your session open while you browse and is deleted when you close your browser.remember_me: is set if you leave the “Remember me” box checked when signing in, and keeps you signed in for up to a month.csrfToken: protects forms against forged submissions from other sites.fp_lang: remembers your language for one year.Other first-party cookies remember that you have already seen a notice so it is not shown to you again for a few days. Google Analytics and AdSense cookies work as explained above.
In your browser’s local storage we keep some tool preferences and progress, such as sheet music editor drafts, your best score in the Rhythm trainer or whether you have already rated a tool. That data stays on your device.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
To display fonts, code libraries, artist images and audio previews, we load resources from other services such as Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr, BootstrapCDN, Deezer or Apple. When your browser downloads them, it sends them your IP address.
Many pages also load social media content: Facebook’s code, which displays the box with our page, the button to subscribe to our YouTube channel and, on sheet music and MIDI pages, the ShareThis share buttons. These services receive your IP address and the page you are visiting, and may use their own cookies even if you do not click anything.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with these providers, which we need to run the service:
Some of these providers process data outside your country, for example in the United States or Canada. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
Your public profile shows your name (or your username), your photo and, if you add them, your country and instruments. The sheet music you share, your comments and your posts in the forum and the feed are public too. Private messages are not public.
We keep your account data for as long as you keep your account. If you ask us to delete it, we erase your personal data, except what we must keep by law, such as payment records.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data or to give you a copy, and you can object to our use of it or ask us to restrict it. Write to us using the contact form, stating the email address of your account.
You can change your name, photo, country and instruments yourself in Edit profile. To stop receiving news, use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.
If you consented to personalized advertising in Google’s message, you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this site’s cookies: the message will appear again.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. In Colombia, this is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Superintendence of Industry and Commerce).
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and passwords are stored encrypted. No system on the internet is 100% secure, but we do everything we can to protect your information.
We will update this policy when the site or the law changes. We will publish each new version on this page with its update date.
